U.S. Policies

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online with full refund, minus shipping costs within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sisterland is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Refunds will be applied via your original form of payment once the item has been returned in its original condition. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.

Sisterland is unable to offer online exchanges by mail. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired items and returning eligible items for a refund.

Please contact us at info@sisterland.co with your order number and reason for returning. Our team will get back to you during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm CT). Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Promotions 

Full price items purchased with a promotional discount that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments once an order has been placed. In addition, we cannot apply a discount code for purchases made before or after a code is valid. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
