Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online with full refund, minus shipping costs within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

Items returned without prior authorization and/or items that are returned with an alternative shipping method where the package cannot be tracked will not be accepted.

Sisterland is unable to offer online exchanges by mail. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired items and returning eligible items for a refund.

Promotions 

Full price items purchased with a promotional discount that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Sale items are always final sale.
